Specialist Realtors Vs. Generalist Realtors, my thoughts
These are my thoughts on the service as a Buyer or Seller you are going to receive from a Specialist Realtor compared to a Generalist Realtor. Ask your realtor, do they work in Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, New West & Poco?? Or just Downtown Vancouver, or JUST White rock waterfront??
Every agent is legally allowed to Buy or Sell with you anywhere in BC but they DEFINITELY can not give you a blanket service of quality throughout any area in B.C.
