Firday First Time Condo Buying Tip! Don't buy Pre-2000!
As this is one of my common recommendations to First Time Condo Buyers I felt it worth wile to post it to you all to see. This video does not mean by any means that anything built pre-2000 is not worth purchasing and will have problems.
That is not at all what I’m saying; I just recommend purchasing post 2000 built buildings to save the potential stress and headaches all together for my First Time Condo Buyers. It’s just like buying a car that is 10 years old, there will be more potential problems to come sooner than if the car was 2 or 3 years old. But when it comes to Real Estate those potential problems can cost you HUGE!
